About this item
[Great Deal Set of 12 Oshibori Towels Same Color] Place of Production: Japan (Senshu Towel) Weight: 0.10 oz (per towel) Size: Approx 11.42 inches x 15.75inches (per towel) Material: Cotton 100%
[Widely Used by Households and Professionals] These towels are used in a wide range of restaurants, including organic cafes, Japanese-style pubs, and upscale ryotei restaurants. They can be used not only as oshibori towels but also as handkerchiefs, and other various uses.
[No Remaining After Wiping] The after bleach method, in which we wash away fat and impurities from cotton flower and glue after weaving towels, makes them absorb water very well and there is no remaining after wiping even from the beginning of the use. *Use of fabric softener can prevent the towels from absorbing water. Please refrain from using it if possible.
[Made in Japan] 100% of the thread we use is from Japanese spinning company “KB Tsuzuki.” They make their thread in Izumo, Shimane, which is famous for Izumo-taisha. Even from the thread, it is made in Japan.
[Muko Towels that Care about Human Skin and the Environment] Muko towels (= no glue towels) are made without using glue in the manufacturing process. Generally, towels cannot be woven without coating the cotton thread with glue, but Nitta Towel can weave without glue. By not using glue, we preserve cotton's character of absorbing water and its texture, and our towels are softer than other towels.
