Our wire connectors are upgraded to use exclusive material in the butt connectors to avoid shrink tubing melting before solder ring. The success rate of connecting wire has been greatly improved.

Instructions for use:
1.Insert the wires into the solder sleeve.
2.Apply heat to the soldering while swinging the hot air gun mildly.
3.Heat close at the highest setting (used a 1500w heat gun)until you see the solder shine then until it melts.
Note:
It means the temperature of surface of the connector, rather than the temperature that the hot air gun should set.
Shrinkage ratio is 3:1
Temperature that starts to shrink: 130℃
Temperature that solder ring start to melt: 125˚C
Temperature that solder ring melt completely：150˚C
