100% Tinned Copper Conductor --- 150 Strands 0.08mm Stranded Copper Wire ( 0.75mm2 ) Rating 12A. Every strands copper is tinned, the outer tin layer can protect copper from been oxidized. ( Note: 0.08mm Tinned Copper is too thin to check inner pure copper, So people always doubt it is aluminum wire. High Temperature Resistance: 392℉/200℃ --- Silicone rubber as a thermoset material, it will not melt in high temperature. However, PVC or PE insulator will start melt over 176℉/80℃, it will cause Electrical shorts problem easily!
Low Temperature Resistance: -76℉/-60℃ --- 18 Gauge automotive wire with silicone jacket can keep flexibility in extremely low temperature. Unlike PVC or other insulation materials will become very stiff and fragile around -4℉/-20℃.
